We require a credit card to be put on file when booking appointments. Any no-show or appointment cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. No exceptions. Please understand that a no-show or late cancellation makes it difficult to get another client into that spot, which negatively affects that client and us. So please, give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Snow Day Policy
If the school districts are closed, so are we. Your appointment will automatically be canceled, with no cancellation fee, and we’ll reschedule you at your earliest convenience. This is for everybody’s safety. We don’t want anybody driving around in the snow if it’s not necessary.
